The Process

BOOK YOUR DAY
Choose a day that works best for you and when you’ll be virtually available via text or Voxer. If none of the available dates work, please send me an email, and we'll find a time that fits both of our schedules. Please give yourself enough time to complete the “homework” before your day as well. Secure your day with a 50% deposit or pay in full.

YOUR INTENSIVE
Sit back and relax! I'll reach out to you as needed for your feedback, ensuring we stay on track and keep moving forward smoothly.

YOUR HOMEWORK
Based on our planned design day tasks, I will provide the prep-work and guidance necessary to ensure our day is a success.

POST SUPPORT
Your Kimpeccable Design Day includes 30-days of email support. I’ll provide the answer, resources, and sometimes a video tutorial so you feel empowered and able to use what we created together effectively.

How soon can we start?I typically book out about a month in advance. I like to give my clients at least 2 weeks for the prep-work. This ensures you have everything ready for a super successful day together.

Do I need to be available all day?No, you won’t be directly working with me. But I’ll keep you updated, and you’ll have plenty of time to give feedback.

What if I need more than one day?No problem! You can simply book another design intensive. They can be back-to-back or you can spread them out. The choice is yours and what works best with your schedule.

What if I need to reschedule my day?I totally understand that plans can change. If you need to reschedule, please give at least a 2–5 day notice so that I can try and fill your spot. You'll be able to choose a future date within the next 90 days from your original booking. It's all about finding a convenient time that works best for you!

Do you write website copy?Yes, however I am not a trained copywriter. If you would like recommendations for a professional copywriter, I am happy to share my referral sources. I can help with your copy if needed but keep in mind that will add an additional half or full-day intensive depending on how much help you need.

Do you offer custom websites?Yes! A custom website takes 3 or more days to complete depending on the number and length of pages.

Do you offer payment plans?Yes! Typically, I require a 50% deposit to hold your spot, and the remaining balance is due at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled design day. However, other options can be discussed if needed. I do take debit cards, all major credit cards, and Klarna.

Do you offer refunds?No refunds can be given however you are welcome to choose a future date within the 90 days from your original booking.
